Feedback

This is a new section in which we will update our patients about comments and suggestions made by patients including a surgery response. We would encourage patients to contact us if they have any suggestions to improve our service. This can be done by direct contact with a member of staff or if preferred by e-mail contact moat.house@nhs.net

Patient comment: Website hyperlinks do not appear to work on some pages – brought to our attention and website now update (April 2009)

Patient comment: Suggestion regarding the right hand side of a prescription tear off slip, that the telephone number should not appear at the top if we wish to dissuade patients from phoning in (i.e. use other methods such as e-mail, fax etc).

Surgery response: Agreed this was a good idea and the number has now been removed.
